This roller is used to press the dough sheets coming from the final proofer. It is designed in an engineered way so that it makes equal pores on the loaf before entering the baking oven. 
You can control the depth of holes on the sheets by raising or lowering the cylindrical roller unit via a handing tool. Roller is equipped with white food-grade material sprockets. Rotating Roller is strongly supported by blue smooth top belts to maintain more pressure with the bottom white PVC moving belt. The unit is equipped with transparent cover and micro-switch.
