Pita Bread production lines are fully automatic, whereas they’re configured with respect to the customer’s available site area and budget. NME offers several different models and designs that have the capacity to produce up to 12,000 loaves per hour, with a diameter varying between 15 and 42 centimeters per loaf. Production lines are manufactured mainly according to client requirements and conditions imposed in each country.


This industrial version (3 Rows) Line has the following specs:

- Loaf Diameter: 15 to 24 cm or  15 to 31 cm.
- Capacity: 7,000 to 9,000 Loaves/Hour.
- Line Width: 80 or 100 cm.

- For European countries, machines are in compliance with CE regulations.
- For the United States of America, machines are in compliance with UL regulations.
- For Canada machines are in compliance with CSA regulations.

The chassis is made of either tempered steel coated with a nitrocellulose glossy metallic paint or stainless steel AISI 304, depending on the customer's request. The covers of the machine are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. All mechanical parts are covered with AISI 304 stainless steel sheets. All components in contact with dough and flour are made of food grade materials. All components are easily accessible for cleaning and maintenance.
