Primary Proofer

The Primary Proofer is designed to provide the primary fermentation process to the dough balls through several layers in order to secure loaf appearance before going to the flattener.

Features:

  • Several fermentation layers with special food-grade felt belts
  • Belts equipped with middle guides
  • Flour drawers to collect flour residues 
  • All cylinders are bearings free & fitted with bearing housing.
  • Lateral sides are covered with food-grade Plexi or Polycarbonate material.
  • Top and bottom are covered with stainless steel.
  • Hinged door for easy access and maintenance
  • Equipped internally with ultra-violet light on both sides
  • Fermentation process time from 3 to 15 minutes
  • vfd to control the speed of the machine installed in a ventilated box  
  • Upgraded electric panel : full easy service and maintenance
