It is an automatic unit for production of French Bread, Sammoun or Baguette with soft and hard dough by Sottoriva. Manual selection of the weight range variable from about 35 to 500 grams according to the cut type. At 1, 2 or 3 rows with dividing knives replaceable manually.

Sheeting thickness variation, selecting device for cut length and output speed variation, the machine is complete with only one mold for loaf production.

Optional:

  • Lateral outlet belt to feed the continuous rounder.

  • Long-loaf molding device to be fitted on the molder and/or in the out-feed belt.
